Abstract
The rapid advances in semiconductor technology make multiplex wiring an attractive addition to the option laden downsized automobile. It allows the transmission of data directly on the power line using sine waves to minimize EMI/RFI. It also allows the multiplex system to operate without a failure-prone master controller.
