Abstract
A new family of air cooled, “V” type, 4 cycle, L head, engines consisting of 2 cylinder and 4 cylinder models has been developed. These engines are offered for industrial and agricultural equipment. Use of existing manufacturing facilities and existing components was deemed necessary to insure that one of the engine models could be introduced as soon as possible. This paper covers the design, development and field test activities of the program.
