Abstract
This is a narrative account of the major events of the last 15 years as they relate to the activities of Section 11.65B, Subcommittee on the Dynamic Property Measurement of Elastomers and Elastomeric Mounts. Section 11.65B is a subcommittee of the Joint SAE-ASTM Technical Committee on Automotive Rubber (TCAR), often called “Tee-Car.” This is not a detailed history and the events are not necessarily in chronological order.
