Abstract
A computational scheme is described that will adjust the level of forward acceleration of a vehicle to allow the desired utilization of a power system in a vehicle performing a task requiring transport motion. The scheme is computationally efficient in that only about three trials are required to find the match point of the power train and vehicle system.
