Abstract
RADIOISOTOPES are becoming of increasing importance to industry and research. Applications are of a broad nature and usually contribute to accuracy, sensitivity, or economy. In some instances problems can be solved that would not be possible by conventional techniques.
This paper describes some metallurgical and mechanical applications of isotopes of practical interest to the tractor and earthmoving industry.*
