Abstract
The lack of understanding of the physics of fluid-structure interaction, loads and vibration of high speed aerial / rocketry vehicles is addressed in this paper.
This extraordinarily difficult problem is complicated and difficult to ascertain.
One of the fundamental cornerstones of aforementioned problem is accurate predictions of the vehicle’s aerodynamic characteristics due to their significance in determining vehicle’s performance, stability and reliability.
However, accurate aerodynamic predictions are unattainable in the framework of modern fluid dynamic paradigm based on boundary layer concept.
The mandatory conditions for authentic theory-based and experimental aerodynamic modeling are formulated here.
