Keywords-Coolant,Ventilation Research and/or Engineering Questions/Objective: Number of Occupants is the major parameter when we consider Air Conditioning System. The number of person who stays in the room may vary in the same way the person who travels in the automobile also vary throughout the distance. This is more prevalent in transportation system like bus, train and where lot of people will travel together and where dropping station in the vehicle is too frequent.In this type,operating A.C has to be varied Methodology: . Instead the number count in the vehicle will be monitored from time to time. Based on the number of count, the cabin has to be cooled or heated and accordingly corresponding power has to be drawn by the compressor from the engine. This human count can be detected based on the number of CO2 sensor located in the cabin. the amount of fresh air that should be added to a cabin can be controlled by a carbon dioxide level transmitter. When CO2 levels go up, fresh air is added until the CO2 levels return to normal . Limitations: If the number of people is less, the cooling effect of A.C experience by the people is more, but that is not effective way to design a system.The cooling effect doesn’t hold account for number of input to the people. What does the paper offer that is new in the field including in comparison to other work by the authors?. In existing invention vehicle like bus, train large mass vehicle doesn’t keep track of entering and leaving the vehicle. A.C is not producing the exact power it want.The compressor draws same amount of power for lesser number of people and higher number of people.This increase the fuel consumption.This system increases utilize the count of people who is travelling from time to time. Conclusions: This is the effective method to make use of cooling system and reduce the fuel consumption
