These kind of situations are tough to handle even if one is victimized . The victim can be rescued on time if proper information about the situation would reach his friends or family . Limitations: In existing system, if the accidental crash happens then signal from airbag unit will wake up the mobile, Once this wake up call happens,it will activate the gsm module. The emergency contacts stored in the mobile will be dialed up and the victim can convey his emergency situation through that. The driver will be rescued only if crash happens. There is no system to rescue the driver if heart attack happens when he is driving. The additional problem which the system has is emergency contact is out of town,the victim will not be rescued Methodology: In order to save the driver from natural fatal,the system should be designed in such a way that input or head unit of the system should always connected to the device.Designing such specific device will add cost and human has to wear additionally.The best method is existing device which is used by humans should redesign in such a way,so that it can give a input signal or act as wake up call to the mobile.Once that mobile wakes up,it should enable the location.Once the location is enabled it should search all the contact,the call or message should go the contact which is nearby to the location where the criticality is happened. Results: The optimized and the best device identified for this purpose is digital watch which has the option to monitor the heart beat rate of the user continuously. Once there is abnormal heartbeat detected, it should serve as a wake up signal to the mobile. Through cloud, the information should sent to the nearby hospitals. Thereby the ambulance should come to the place automatically. Additionally,The coordinates of the GPS will be shared to the personal contacts which is stored in the mobile who is nearby to be the area where accident happened This way immediate treatment will be given to the victim and their life will be rescue. Limitations of this study The time taken for searching the contact will depend on the number of the contacts stored in the mobile.The more the number stored,the more the time it will take to search.This may take time to convey the message. What does the paper offer that is new in the field including in comparison to other work by the authors? This system make use of all inbuilt devices, where additional device is not required for any communication. Location based contact identification is the new feature new feature. In all existing system message will be send to the stored emergency contacts. Conclusions. This life saving features will use precise technology to ensure right information will be conveyed to the right person within shorter span of time.
