Abstract
In a close past, it was assumed that a good control of a full vehicle on a road simulator could be achieved only controlling the loads acting on the suspension, using a squared-control matrix in the simulator system.
Recently, with the development of the computer hardware with faster processor, several improvements in the control software could be made and this opened the possibility of a non-square matrix for controlling.
In addition to this, the usage of a changeable system matrix characterization had produced a sensible development of the physical simulation process.
