Abstract
The objective of this paper is to develop wall structures of the combustion chamber to control heat transfer for significant cooling loss reduction. In this study, calculation method which evaluates the heat conduction and stress is investigated for the simulation of engine parts and insulation micro structures. And practical effectiveness of this method is verified. As a result, the homogenization method is selected to be most suitable. Furthermore, structure model of the ideal insulation material which satisfies both endurance reliability and low thermal conductivity is shown.
