Abstract
The world of globalization and competitive pricing structure always leads to Outsourcing. A number of companies have used outsourcing as a tool to reduce cost or make some processes more efficient.
Instead of directly jumping to outsourcing as a solution, companies need to analyze the issue systematically. Some companies in the world use a systematic approach to outsourcing and some don't. At least every company and management needs to know certain guidelines for outsourcing. This paper is an effort towards showing that systematic approach.
I recommend all companies, ventures, joint ventures, partnerships to go through this paper and check whether there is an opportunity for improvement in the current process. This paper is very useful to the management and strategy leaders.
