Abstract
This paper presents the results of the suspension development for a hybrid (Bi-fuel) passenger car. An accurate ADAMS/Car model was developed to simulate the vehicle dynamics behavior. Based on the steady state and transient analysis, the required modifications to the suspensions parameters were determined. In addition to the presentation of the suspension synthesis/analysis results, the results of the Ride and Handling subjective and objective tests are also presented.
