Abstract
In this paper, a new photographic method that enables to catch a whole shape of a fuel spray with quite fine droplet sizes is developed. A self-made camera that is composed of a large format silver halide photographic film (8 10 inches) and a long-distance, high-magnified objective lens was used for this purpose. It is possible to photograph objects with both a desirable wide field of view and a fairly good spatial resolution at the same time by using the large format film.
