Abstract
Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety - these key words are forming RAMS.
A complete and complex process is standing behind this abbreviation with the aim to ensure customer satisfaction by reducing downtimes and increasing the uptime.
The increasing complexity of road vehicles - passenger and commercial - makes it more and more difficult to ensure maximized uptime.
As up- and downtimes are not only affected by the reliability of single systems, a complete process is necessary to ensure reduced downtimes.
