Abstract
This paper will discuss the design process and methodology for design, development and testing of a restrictor for use in Formula SAE racing. The Saginaw Valley State University Formula SAE team has designed, built, tested and physically verified a 20 mm restrictor to increase engine performance for the 2005 Formula SAE competition.
