Abstract
This paper presents a recent development concerning the “New Quantitative Ride Discomfort Meter.” This invention [1]. has an original feature that is connected with medical aspects and is fundamentally different from conventional methods of measuring the vibrational ride discomfort of a vehicle [2],[3],[4]. Vehicle driving often can be the cause of lower back pain.
I manufactured a mechanical model of the human lumbar spine with brass and rubber. This model can be used as a new vibrational ride discomfort meter.
