Abstract
Many people have noticed that enterprises small, medium and large have experienced many different programs that have professed to be the answer to all of the enterprises’ ills. This paper will address the ten steps to excellence and describe how they apply to Six Sigma, performance excellence and ISO 9001:2000 as well as describing how the three initiatives can be effectively deployed as one common process.
