Confirmation of the low frequency yaw-eigen-value of large sized actual vehicle

The low yawing natural frequency of vehicle itself and/or the coupled natural frequency of driver-vehicle system are considered as a reason of unstable straight running. The existence of low yawing natural frequency is confirmed through the random steering input test. The low yawing natural frequency is caused by the low rigidity of steering system. The yawing frequency decreases depending on the increase of vehicle speed.
