Children and traffic accidents

My India's population is 850 millions - just a second ago! Out which 40% are children under 15 years of age, which amounts to be a staggering number of children: 340 millions to be precise.
Compared to be the 5 millions population of Host Country Finland and the population of ONLY 500,000 in the capital city of Helsinki: India's is unfortunately for ahead of any country except china. The population of Ludhiana which is only a medium size city in India.
It is 1.5 millions. There is always a service shortage of all types of transport travel vehicles in India, yet because of the ""Wealth"" of population, especially in the pediatric age group, the number of accidents are more, resulting in more facilities, injuries, crippling and ultimately child beggars, who have to live and survive on the mercy of the passer-by.
Therefore a careful analysis has been made of traffic accidents involving children
