HB LED Test Instrument

Keithley Instruments (Cleveland, OH) has introduced the model 2651A high-power system SourceMeter® instrument. The model 2651A provides a wide current range that is critical for a variety of reliability and production test applications, such as testing high brightness (HB) LEDs, power semiconductors, DC-DC converters, and batteries. The SourceMeter offers a highly flexible, four-quadrant voltage and current source/load coupled with precision voltage and current meters. The model 2651A can make precise measurements of signals as low as 1 pA and 100 microvolts at speeds up to one microsecond per reading.
