For Matt O'Leary, the last four years have been a bumpy ride.

As Chief Engineer of Ford's P415 program-the internal code for the 2009 F-150-O'Leary oversaw major mid-program engineering changes, including new sheet metal. The 2006 strategic “realignment,” as he calls it, caused a slight delay but positioned the product better in terms of overall design, feature content, and value.
