Added para 4.2 and completely revised para 4.4.3, 4.4.5 and TABLES 3, 4, 5 and 6 by removing sampling in accordance with MIL-STD-105 (AQL) and replacing with accept on “zero”. General updating for SAE requirements for obsolete specifications and standards.
