This ARP documents the steps and processes: (a) to select samples for testing experimental Type II, III and IV fluids according to AMS1428 and ARP5485, (b) run field spray tests, (c) to generate holdover time guidelines from endurance time data, and (d) to add and remove fluids from the list of qualified fluids published by regulators, namely Transport Canada and the FAA.
