Content: This specification covers a titanium alloy in the form of bars up through 4.000 inches (101.60 mm) inclusive, in nominal diameter or least distance between parallel sides, forgings of thickness up through 4.000 inches (101.60 mm), inclusive, and stock for forging of any size.

Rationale

Content: AMS6910C results from a Five-Year Review and update of this specification that adds ASTM E539 and ASTM E2994 to analytical methods, prohibits unauthorized exceptions (3.9), added forging coverage to resampling (4.5), and revises reporting (4.4.4) and marking (5.1.1).
