The revision prohibits unauthorized exceptions (4.4.3, 5.2.1, 8.8), updates composition (3.1), and bar finishing requirements (3.2.1.2, 3.2.1.3), revises and clarifies decarburization (3.3.5.4), quality (3.4), and reports (4.4), and allows the use of the immediate prior specification revision (8.7).
