The revision updates composition testing and reporting (3.1, 3.1.1), adds pyrometry controls (3.4), adds strain rate requirements for tensile testing (3.5.1.1.1, 3.5.2.1.3), adds a heat-treatment time tolerance (3.5.2), and prohibits unauthorized exceptions (3.5.2.4, 3.9, 4.4.1, and 8.4).
