Corrected Metric to English conversions for Tensile Strength in Basic Requirements Tables 6.DH, 6.EE, and 6.EH. This change makes these English reference values consistent with the conversion format used throught the rest of the tables.
Corrected tensile strength in Basic Requirement Table 6.CE for last 70 durometer entry. Was 17 in 1978. Sometime after that point the value was inadvertently changed to 27. The English reference units indicate that 27 was a wrong value. ASTM D2000 has always been 17.
Corrected Suffix Table 6.DH, EO16 elongation loss property for grade 3 to –30%. This was originally –30, was inadvertently changed after 1978 to –40. ASTM D2000 has always been –30%. Needed for consistency between ASTM D2000 and SAE J200.
Suffix tables 6.FC, 6.FE and 6.GE list different requirements for tear strength, based on tensile strength. Currently reads "under 7.0 MPa" and "7.0 to 10.0". Change the latter to read "7.0 and above". This would cover any future changes to the basic requirements table for higher tensile materials.
Basic Requirements Table 6.GE, 80 durometer 5 MPa row, elongation limit inadvertently changed after 1978 to 100%. ASTM has 150%, and 1978 J200 version has 150%. Change back to 150% to agree with ASTM and previous J200 version.
