- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Richmond has revised the spec adding back in QPL requirements. DLA wants to maintain the QPL and wants to be the owner of the new spec MIL-DTL-7788. The A-20A/C Committee concurs with their request and feel AS7788 should be cancelled.
