Rationale

Content: AMS4917K results from a Five-Year Review and update of the specification. Changes have been made to add ASTM E539 analytical method (2.2, 3.1), require reporting of properties outside the size limits (3.5.3), prohibit unauthorized exceptions (3.9, 8.6), revise reporting (4.4.3), marking (5.1), and ordering information (8.8), and allow use of immediate prior specification revision (8.7).
