Abstract
The intense competition among manufacturers of off-road machines, has led to incentives in the development of new hydraulic systems.
A hydraulic system called “Power Beyond” was developed to cover the need for complex pumps and valves, which enables the simultaneous use of the steering and auxiliary circuits under different pressure levels, and allowing the use of the same pump for both circuits.
A comparison between this system and the Open-Center and Load-Sense systems confirms the employment of the same with technical and economical advantages over others, for several applications.
