Nonpolluting, Energy and Resource-Saving Transport with Magnetically Suspended Vehicles

The program answers to an obvious must to construct in the Ukraine and to advance the transport based on the maglev technology. It makes wheels useless, a vehicle is suspended and moved by magnetic forces.
