A Technique for Management of Multiple Programs in a Medium Size Engineering Department

A workable approach to controlling fiscal and technical progress for multiple, diverse engineering projects is described. The system includes techniques for estimating cost and time requirements as well as monitoring and measuring activity on a weekly or monthly basis. The techniques were designed to minimize the paperwork required on the working engineer level, and to maximize visibility.
