Abstract
Organizations today are focusing on the implementation of lean manufacturing. Although different organizations have distinctive characteristics and operational scenarios based on product design and manufacturing functionality, they all share common strategies and implementation challenges. Lockwood Greene Consulting utilizes a strategic planning methodology called Visioneering to explore new concepts and ideas and teach the concepts and benefits of lean production. We will explore case studies of lean manufacturing implementation at three organizations.
